Alzheimer's Disease: Requires DEM to develop & maintain special needs shelter registration program by a specified date; establishes Ed & Ethel Moore Alzheimer's Disease Research Program within DOH; requires program to provide grants & fellowships for research relating to Alzheimer's disease; creates Alzheimer's Disease Research Grant Advisory Board; requires report to Governor, Legislature, & State Surgeon General; requires DEA to provide incentive based funding, subject to appropriation, for certain memory disorder clinics. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
