Blood Clot and Pulmonary Embolism Policy Workgroup; Citing this act as the “Emily Adkins Prevention Act”; requiring the Secretary of Health Care Administration, in conjunction with the State Surgeon General, to establish a blood clot and pulmonary embolism policy workgroup; requiring the secretary to submit a final report to the Governor and the Legislature by a specified date, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2023
