Care of Students with Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders: Provides for creation of individualized seizure action plan for students with epilepsy or seizure disorders to receive health care at school; provides requirements for such students' parents, school nurses, certain school employees & plan; provides requirements for trainings relating to care of such students; requires school districts to provide specified information & training to school bus drivers; provides immunity from liability. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
