Child Care Facility Transportation: Requires certain vehicles, by specified date, to be equipped with reliable alarm system that meets specified criteria; requires DCF to adopt by rule minimum safety standards for such systems & to maintain list of approved alarm manufacturers & alarm systems. Effective Date: October 1, 2021
