Summary
Conversion Therapy: Prohibits specified licensees & practitioners from practicing or performing conversion therapy on individual who is younger than specified age; provides that such licensee or practitioner is subject to disciplinary proceedings by DOH & appropriate board. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
