Summary
Fentanyl Testing: Requires hospitals or hospital-based off-campus emergency departments to test for fentanyl in urine test & perform confirmation test if urine test results are positive for fentanyl; requires specified results to be retained as part of patient's clinical record for certain timeframe. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
