Home Health Aides for Medically Fragile Children: Requires home health agencies to ensure tasks delegated to home health aides for medically fragile children meet specified requirements; provides individuals exemption from costs associated with specified training; authorizes home health aides for medically fragile children to perform tasks delegated by registered nurse; requires AHCA to conduct annual assessment of certified health aide program; requires agency to submit report to Governor & Legislature; requires agency to establish a specified fee schedule; provides appropriations. Effective Date: June 2, 2023
