Clerks of Court: Revises collections requirements of clerk of court when party petitions for dissolution of marriage; revises collections requirements in probate matters; revises collections requirements of clerk of court in trial & appellate proceedings; revises allocation of filing fees in trial & appellate proceedings; revises collections requirements of clerk of court as it relates to fines, fees, service charges, & costs remitted to state. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
