Summary
Construction Materials Mining Activities: Specifies ground vibration limit for construction materials mining activities in Miami-Dade County; authorizes CFO to direct State Fire Marshal to modify standards, limits, & regulations for use of explosives used in construction materials mining activities in Miami-Dade County; provides legislative declaration regarding venues for alleged damages due to use of explosives used in construction materials mining activities; repeals provisions relating to legislative findings, claims, remedies, & final orders for damages due to use of explosives in construction materials mining activities. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
