Experimental Treatments for Terminal Conditions: Provides conditions for manufacturer to provide certain drugs, products, or devices to eligible patient; specifies insurance coverage requirements & exceptions; provides conditions for provision of certain services by hospital or health care facility; provides immunity from liability; provides protection from disciplinary or legal action against physician who makes certain treatment recommendations; provides that cause of action may not be asserted against manufacturer of certain drugs, products, or devices or person or entity caring for patient using such drug, product, or device under certain circumstances; provides applicability. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
