Persons with Developmental Disabilities: Revises definition of term "developmental disability" to include Down syndrome; adds certain individuals whose parent or guardian is active-duty servicemember of United States Armed Forces or member of Florida National Guard who resides in state to wait list priority categories. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
