Instructional Materials for K-12 Public Education; Providing that the district school board has the constitutional duty and responsibility to select and provide adequate instructional materials for all students; providing requirements for a district instructional materials program and district school board rules relating thereto; deleting provisions regarding the adoption of certain instructional materials for mathematics; providing that the act does not limit or remove the responsibility of each school district to include certain instruction in its curriculum, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
