Indecent Exposure: Increases classification of second & subsequent violations of provision prohibiting unlawful exposure of sexual organs; authorizes arrest without warrant if there is probable cause to believe that person has committed unlawful exposure of sexual organs in violation of specified provisions. Effective Date: October 1, 2014
