HB 619 Controlled Substances (2013 Session)
Controlled Substances: Adds to list of Schedule I controlled substances certain specified materials, compounds, mixtures, or preparations that contain hallucinogenic substances, or any of their salts, isomers, & salts of isomers, if existence of such salts, isomers, & salts of isomers is possible within specific chemical designation; revises provisions relating to rulemaking; provides reduced penalties for possession of 3 grams or less of specified controlled substances; provides criminal penalties for person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive possession of, specified quantity of specified controlled substances. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
