Thrasher Co Sponsors: Baker, Constantine, Detert, Gaetz (D), Peaden, Jr., Richter, Storms, Wise CS Sponsors: Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means, Education Pre-K - 12
Education Personnel [SPSC]; Authorizes the release of child abuse records to certain employees and agents of the Department of Education. Requires school districts to develop and implement end-of-course assessments. Creates the Performance Fund for Instructional Personnel and School-Based Administrators. Limits bonuses under the Dale Hickam Excellent Teaching Program to individuals who remain continuously employed in a public school in this state, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided.
