Summary
Trustee Settlement and Discharge: Authorizes eligible trustee to obtain settlement of trust accounts & discharged in certain circumstances; requires such trustee send trust disclosure document containing specified information to certain persons; requires such document be sent in specified manner; provides that unless objections are received in specified time period, or if such objections are waived, trustee is discharged from certain liability upon completion of specified tasks. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
