Senior Management Service Class: Authorizes Chief Justice of Supreme Court to select specified number of non-managerial or policymaking positions within judicial branch for inclusion in Senior Management Service Class of Florida Retirement System; requires Executive Director & General Counsel of Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission to participate in Senior Management Service Class. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
