Emergency Preparedness for Life-sustaining Medical Services: Requires specified entities, plans, & programs to enact flexibilities & waivers during emergency; defines "emergency" & "life sustaining medical services"; specifies flexibilities & waivers such specified entities, plans, & programs must enact; provides when such flexibilities & waivers become effective; authorizes time period for such flexibilities & waivers to be extended by OIR or AHCA. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
