Summary
Department of Health: Revises provisions related to certain mandates, medical marijuana treatment centers, medical marijuana testing laboratories; Board of Orthotists & Prosthetists, & eligibility criteria for licensure by endorsement under MOBILE Act; prohibits health care provider or health care facility from discriminating against patient based solely on patient's vaccination status. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
