Department of Health : Revising the repeal date of the definition of the term "messenger ribonucleic acid vaccine"; providing for contingent retroactive operation; requiring medical marijuana treatment centers to notify the Department of Health through e-mail within a specified timeframe after an actual or attempted theft, diversion, or loss of marijuana; revising eligibility criteria for licensure by endorsement under the MOBILE Act, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
