Preemption Over Utility Service Restrictions: Prohibits boards, agencies, commissions, & any authority of any county, municipal corporation, or political subdivision from restricting or prohibiting fuel sources & appliances used to provide energy to consumers; revises retroactive applicability to include boards, agencies, commissions, and any authority of any county, municipal corporation, & political subdivision. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
