Licensure of Family Foster Homes : Requires DCF to adopt rules to streamline licensure application process for licensed foster parents who relocate within this state; requires such rules to include priority review of applications, expedited home studies & background checks, & recognition of prior foster parent training coursework. Effective Date: October 1, 2025
