Condominium Associations: Revises provisions of Condominium Act relating to voting interests; amending declaration; criminal penalties; levying of special assessments & obtaining loans; voting & election procedures & disputes; accountings & reserve accounts; recall agreements; delinquent payments of assessments; attorney fees; removal or reinstallation of hurricane protection; termination of condominium; electronic voting; & shared expenses; requires association to post adopted minutes of certain records on website or application; requires department to submit specified report to Legislature; provides that certain amendments do not revive, reinstate, or retroactively apply to a right or interest of a condominium unit owner or condominium association in a matter pending adjudication before a specified date. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
