Rec. and Meetings/Occupational Therapy Compact Commission: Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by Occupational Therapy Compact Commission; authorizes disclosure of information under certain circumstances; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for certain meetings, or portions of meetings, of commission; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during exempt meetings or exempt portions of meetings; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statements of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 909 or similar legislation takes effect
