Summary
Rural Emergency Hospitals: Requires rural emergency hospitals to be subject to certain emergency services requirements for general hospitals; authorizes certain hospitals to apply to AHCA for designation as rural emergency hospitals; establishes requirements for rural emergency hospitals; exempts such hospitals from certain requirements; provides for administrative enforcement. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
