Summary
Florida Small Manufacturing Business Recovery Act: Requires DEO to accept applications for certification of relief funds & relief contributions in specified manner; requires DEO to certify approved applications; authorizes nonrefundable tax credits for owners of tax credit certificates issued by DEO; authorizes DEO to revoke tax credit certificates under certain circumstances; requires relief funds to submit specified reports to DEO. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
