Weapons and Firearms: Provides for alternative concealed weapons & firearms permit that meets certain federal requirements; requires firearm sales or other transfers to be conducted through, & processed by, licensed dealer if neither party to such sale or transfer is licensed dealer. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
