Nonenforcement of Immigration Detainers and Nonjudicial Immigration Warrants: Prohibits law enforcement agencies, correctional institutions, & specified officers from complying with immigration detainers or nonjudicial immigration warrants; prohibits such entities & officers from engaging in certain acts based on individual's citizenship or immigration status; provides immunity from liability; requires correctional institutions & law enforcement agencies to provide guidance & support by date certain for specified purpose; repeals provisions relating to federal immigration enforcement. Effective Date: July 1, 2020
