Property Insurance Coverage for Explosion: Defines "explosion" for purposes of Florida Insurance Code, to include damages caused by mining & quarrying; requires all property insurance policies to provide explosion coverage; provides options for exclusions of such coverage; requires Financial Services Commission to adopt rules. Effective Date: July 1, 2019
