Property Insurance Assignment Agreements: Authorizes insured & repair company to enter into assignment agreement for post-loss benefits to repair, replace, protect, & mitigate damaged property; requires notice of intent to initiate litigation & award of attorney fees for claims under assignment agreement; prohibits insurance policies from prohibiting assignment of post-loss benefits. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
