Summary
Autism: Requires physician to refer minor to appropriate specialist for screening for autism spectrum disorder under certain circumstances; requires certain insurers & HMOs to provide direct patient access to specialist for screening for, or evaluation or diagnosis of, autism spectrum disorder. Effective Date: July 1, 2016
