Summary
Motor Vehicle Manufacturers, Factory Branches, Distributors, Importers, & Dealers: Revises provisions that prohibit & limit audits of certain payments & denial or reduction of such payments; revises provisions that restrict adverse action against dealer when vehicle that was delivered to customer is resold or exported out of state; prohibits failing to make payment for replacement vehicle provided by dealer to customer; & prohibits requiring dealer to make certain payments for advertising. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
