SB 382 Assisted Living Facilities (2015 Session)
Assisted Living Facilities; Providing that Medicaid managed care plans are responsible for enrolled mental health residents; providing that managing entities under contract with the Department of Children and Families are responsible for mental health residents who are not enrolled with a Medicaid managed care plan; providing notice requirements regarding confidentiality of resident identity in a complaint made to the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program or a local long-term care ombudsman council and immunity from retaliatory action for presenting grievances or exercising resident rights; directing the agency to create an assisted living facility consumer information website, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2015
