Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission: Revises provisions relating to hunting & fishing licenses, permits, & authorizations, boating safety courses, & use of moneys collected from vessel registration fees; repeals provisions relating to cooperative agreements with U.S. Forest Service, certain spiny lobster licenses, gear license fees, & certain haul seine & trawl permits. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
