Summary
Fuel Terminals: Provides legislative intent; provides definitions; prohibits local government from amending its comprehensive plan, land use map, zoning districts, or land development regulations to make fuel terminals nonconforming use under provisions thereof; provides for repair of fuel terminal to its preexisting capacity after certain events; provides applicability. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
