Courts: Provides for consideration of time-sharing schedules or time-sharing arrangements as factor in adjustment of awards of child support; authorizes judges in family cases to take judicial notice of certain court records without prior notice to parties in certain circumstances; provides for deferred opportunity to present evidence; requires notice of taking such judicial notice to be filed within specified period; provides that term "family cases" has same meaning as provided in Rules of Judicial Administration; creates an exception to prohibition against using evidence other than verified pleading or affidavit in an ex parte hearing for temporary injunction for protection against domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, or stalking. Effective Date: May 12, 2014
