Department of Transportation; Increasing the weight used in calculating whether a vehicle equipped with fully functional idle-reduction technology is overweight; revising the authorization of the department to enter into an agreement with an owner of a transportation facility under which the department uses its electronic toll collection and video billing systems to collect for the owner certain charges for use of the owner’s transportation facility; requiring the Department of Transportation to include funding for environmental mitigation for projects in its work program, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
