Summary
Dangerous Crimes: Requires court to remand person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is found guilty of, dangerous crime to custody immediately; requires such person to remain in custody pending sentencing without possibility of release on bond; revising definition of "dangerous crime." Effective Date: July 1, 2026
