Death with Dignity; Creating the “Death with Dignity Act”; providing criteria for individuals to request certain medication as qualified patients; authorizing an attending physician to sign a qualified patient’s death certificate; requiring certain health care providers to report certain information to the Department of Health; providing criminal penalties, liabilities, and immunities, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
