Summary
Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Licenses; Exempting certain applicants for medical marijuana treatment center licenses from specified licensure requirements; providing that the death of certain applicants does not bar the estate of such applicants from challenging the Department of Health’s decision on the application and may not be a reason to deny any such challenge, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
