Summary
Aviation: Revises tax rate of excise tax on certain aviation fuels; deletes excise tax exemption for certain aviation fuel delivered by wholesalers or terminal suppliers that increase state's workforce by certain amounts; requires DEO to conduct study on specified issues relating to intrastate commercial air service & flight training & education; requires DEO to submit report to Governor & Legislature by specified date. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
