Towing Undrivable Vehicles: Provides requirements when motor vehicle is undrivable due to motor vehicle crash; requires law enforcement officer or wrecker operator to provide specified information to driver of vehicle; requires wrecker operator storage facility to provide certain notification to owner of vehicle at specific intervals. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
