Pub. Rec./Respiratory Care Interstate Compact: Provides exemptions from public meetings requirements for certain portions of meetings of Respiratory Care Interstate Compact Commission; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during exempt portions of such meetings; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1235 or similar legislation takes effect
