Boating-restricted Areas: Revises authority of municipalities & counties to establish ordinances for specified boating-restricted areas; requires boundaries of such areas to be clearly marked with specified markers; removes provisions requiring such ordinances to be reviewed & approved by FWCC. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
