Historic Cemeteries Trust Fund/Department of State; Creating the Historic Cemeteries Trust Fund within the Division of Historical Resources of the Department of State; requiring that moneys be deposited into the trust fund and disbursed by the division as provided in a specified provision, etc. Effective Date: On the same date that SB 34 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
