Commercial Driving Schools: Authorizes DHSMV to enter into interagency agreements with tax collectors for specified purpose; specifies that such interagency agreement is delegation of authority of department to tax collector; provides that such interagency agreement may include, but need not be limited to, certain grants of authority. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
