Child Welfare: Provides that new medical report relating to provision of psychotropic medication to child in legal custody of DCF may be required only; revises requirements for renewal award of postsecondary education services & support; revises outcome measures & other performance measures for purposes of program oversight & accountability; requires physician to provide to pharmacy copy of certain documentation, rather than signed attestation, with certain prescriptions. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
