Rec./Sealing of Criminal History Records: Expands existing public records exemption to include sealed criminal history records of persons adjudicated guilty of certain nonviolent misdemeanor offenses; provides for future review & repeal of expanded exemption; provides for reversion of specified language if exemption is not saved from repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 745 or similar legislation takes effect
