Mandatory Remand to Custody upon Conviction of Dangerous Crimes: Requires court to remand person found guilty of dangerous crime to custody immediately; requires such person to remain in custody pending sentencing or further proceedings without possibility of release on bond; prohibits court from granting postconviction bond or other release for person found guilty of dangerous crime. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
