HB 1505 Parental Rights (2025 Session)
Parental Rights : Removes exceptions for certain parental rights; creates parental right to review & consent to survey or questionnaire provided to his or her minor child; creates parental right to grant permission for results or responses of such survey or questionnaire to be shared or distributed; revises exceptions for specified requirements of parental consent; prohibits use of biofeedback device on minor child without written permission from minor child's parent or guardian; defines "biofeedback device"; requires results of use of such device be provided to parent or guardian; requires that such results be held as confidential medical record. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
