Summary
Agency Contracting with Media Reliability and Bias Monitors: Prohibits agencies from entering into contracts with media reliability & bias monitors or providing support to media reliability & bias monitors; prohibits agencies from accepting bids on, proposals for, or replies to contract for contractual services for advertising & marketing services unless certain requirement is met; requires specified certification from contractors before agency may extend, renew, or otherwise modify existing contract for advertising & marketing services; defines "media reliability & bias monitor." Effective Date: July 1, 2025
